Dairy Nutrition Incentive Program Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to create a new program that tests ways to encourage people who receive SNAP (food stamps) benefits to buy and eat more dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese made from cow's milk. The program would give SNAP recipients extra incentives when they purchase these dairy products, and it would work through partnerships and grants with state and local governments and nonprofit organizations. Each project under the program would be independently studied to see whether the incentives actually led to more dairy purchases. An existing program focused on healthy milk incentives would be folded into this new, broader dairy program and then ended.
