Aviation Funding Stability Act of 2025

This bill makes sure the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) keeps getting funded even if Congress hasn't passed a new budget or a temporary funding measure before the start of a new fiscal year. In that situation, the FAA would automatically receive money from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund at the same spending level as the previous year to keep its programs and activities running.
