No Tax On Overtime Act of 2025

This bill would make it so that workers do not have to pay federal income tax on overtime pay they earn for working more than 40 hours in a week. Right now, overtime pay is counted as part of a worker's income and is taxed just like regular wages. If this bill became law, that overtime pay would no longer be included when calculating how much someone owes in federal income taxes.
