Connecting Small Businesses with Career and Technical Education Graduates Act

This bill gives Small Business Development Centers and Women's Business Centers new responsibilities. They would now help small businesses hire people who graduated from career and technical education programs. They would also help graduates of those programs start their own small businesses.
