FRIDGE Act of 2025

This bill adds new funding to an existing government program that helps sell American farm products overseas. It focuses on improving infrastructure, like refrigeration systems and ports, in new and developing foreign markets so that U.S. agricultural products don't get damaged or lost along the way. The bill directs the Foreign Agricultural Service to work with trade organizations to assess what these markets need and provide training and technical help to improve their ability to handle and store American farm goods.
