BAH Restoration Act

This bill changes how the military's housing allowance is calculated for service members living in the United States. Right now, the allowance is based on the difference between local housing costs and a percentage of the national average housing cost. This bill would instead set the allowance equal to the full cost of adequate housing in the area where a member is stationed, based on their pay grade and whether they have dependents.
