Dennis and Lois Krisfalusy Act

This bill changes the rules about who can get a memorial headstone or marker from the government. Right now, family members of veterans — like a spouse or child — can only get a headstone or marker when their remains are unavailable if they died on or after November 11, 1998. This bill removes that date requirement, so family members who died before that date would also be eligible.
