Increased TSP Access Act of 2025

This bill would change how the Department of Agriculture approves outside organizations and individuals, called Technical Service Providers, who help farmers and landowners with conservation work. It would let non-government groups help certify these providers and create a faster approval process for those who already hold certain professional certifications, like certified crop advisors. The bill also requires that these providers be paid at the same rates as government employees doing similar work and that the Department of Agriculture make information about the providers, their funding, and certification results available to the public.
