Education Savings Accounts for Military Families Act of 2025

This bill would require the Department of Education to create a program that sets up tax-free savings accounts to help pay for the education of children whose parents serve on active duty in the military. The money in these accounts could be used for things like private school tuition for elementary or high school, college costs, private tutoring, or apprenticeship and vocational training programs.
