EASE Act

This bill would require a part of the government that tests new health care ideas to try out a program where doctors who specialize in certain areas of medicine provide care remotely to people in rural areas who have Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The program would use a network of at least 50 health centers, clinics, or hospitals, and at least half of them must be in rural areas. The specialty care would be delivered using technology like telehealth, and the specialists would work together with patients' regular doctors.
