Deliver for Veterans Act of 2025

This bill would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to cover delivery costs when it pays for a car or other vehicle for certain disabled veterans or members of the Armed Forces. Right now, the VA pays for the purchase price of the vehicle but does not include the cost of delivering it. The bill would change the rules so that delivery costs are counted as part of the full purchase price the VA covers.
