Trade Review Act of 2025

This bill says that when the President puts new or higher tariffs on goods coming into the United States, Congress must be told within 48 hours, including why the tariffs were imposed and how they might affect American businesses and consumers. Any tariff the President puts in place would only last 60 days unless Congress passes a resolution to approve it. Congress could also pass a resolution to end a tariff before that time is up.
