Rural Development Hospital Technical Assistance Program Act of 2025

This bill officially creates a program within the Department of Agriculture to help hospitals in rural areas with 50,000 people or fewer. The program would provide hands-on guidance and training to these hospitals on things like improving their finances, upgrading technology such as electronic health records, expanding telehealth, and modernizing their buildings. It would also help rural hospitals find and apply for existing USDA loans and grants, with priority given to hospitals that already participate in certain USDA assistance programs. The USDA would be required to send Congress a yearly report on how the program is going.
