Save Our Seafood Act

This bill would make it so that fish processors are not counted toward the yearly limit on a certain type of temporary work visa called H-2B. Right now, the law allows up to 66,000 of these visas to be given out each year, and some types of workers, like fish roe processors, are already excluded from that limit. This bill would expand that exclusion to cover all fish processors, not just those who process fish roe.
