Continental Divide National Scenic Trail Completion Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture and the Department of the Interior to work together to finish building the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail within 10 years. They must create a joint team from the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to help get the trail done and must complete a detailed development plan within three years. The departments are also expected to work with volunteer and nonprofit groups to help finish and manage the trail.
