Quinault Indian Nation Land Transfer Act

This bill moves about 72 acres of land in Washington state from the U.S. Forest Service to the Department of the Interior, which will then hold the land in trust for the Quinault Indian Nation. The land would become part of the tribe's reservation, but gambling is not allowed on it. The Department of the Interior must tell the tribe about any dangerous substances or pollution on the land but is not required to clean them up.
