Veterans’ Transition to Trucking Act of 2025

This bill would let the Department of Veterans Affairs approve apprenticeship programs that operate in more than one state, so that veterans can use their VA education benefits to participate in those programs. Right now, individual states have agencies that approve education programs for VA benefits, but this bill would allow the VA itself to handle approvals for programs that cross state lines.
