Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge Act

This bill officially renames the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Anahuac, Texas, to the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge. It also puts into law an executive order that had already made the same name change.
