Midwives for MOMS Act of 2025

This bill creates a grant program through a federal health agency to help colleges and nursing schools start new midwifery programs or grow existing ones. When deciding who gets the grants, the agency must give extra consideration to schools that focus on training midwives from underrepresented groups and encouraging midwives to work in areas where people have limited access to health care.
