Recruiting Families Using Data Act of 2025

This bill requires states to create plans aimed at making foster care placements more stable, increasing the number of children placed with relatives, and better matching foster and adoptive families with the needs of children in foster care. It also requires the Children's Bureau, a federal office, to include information in its yearly report about the number and backgrounds of foster and adoptive families, along with the challenges people face when trying to become foster or adoptive parents.
