Midnight Rules Relief Act of 2025

This bill changes the rules for how Congress can reject regulations that were issued near the end of a president's time in office. Right now, Congress can review and vote to reject these late-term regulations, but they have to vote on each one separately. This bill would let Congress bundle multiple regulations together and reject them all at once with a single vote.
