Protecting First Responders from Secondary Exposure Act of 2025

This bill changes how certain Department of Justice grant money can be spent. It allows the money to be used for buying special containment devices for first responders, like police and firefighters, and for training them on how to use those devices. The goal is to help protect first responders from accidentally being exposed to fentanyl and other dangerous substances while they are doing their jobs.
