End Diaper Need Act of 2025

This bill creates and expands programs to help low-income families and other vulnerable people get diapers and related supplies. It adds funding from 2026 through 2029 through an existing grant program that gives money to states for social services, and it protects that funding from automatic government budget cuts. The money must be used to help low-income families with babies, toddlers, or children and adults who have medical conditions requiring diapers or incontinence supplies. The bill also lets people use health savings accounts and similar tax-free health care accounts to buy medically necessary diapers and related supplies.
