GRAIN DRY Act

This bill allows farmers to use loans from a government program that helps pay for building or improving farm storage facilities to also build or upgrade storage facilities for propane, as long as the propane is mainly used for farming. The loan program, run by the Department of Agriculture, gives farmers low-interest loans to build or improve places where they store farm products. Some farmers use propane to run things like grain dryers, irrigation engines, and barn heaters.
