Leadership in CET Act

This bill tells the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to create a test program that speeds up the process of reviewing and approving patents related to certain important technologies, including artificial intelligence, semiconductor design, and quantum information science. The Patent and Trademark Office is also required to send Congress a report on how well the program worked.
