Care for Military Kids Act

This bill says that if a military service member or their family is getting certain health care services through Medicaid in one state and then has to move to another state because of military orders, the original state must still treat them as residents and continue their coverage. The service member can choose not to use this option if they prefer. This rule would start in 2028, and the bill provides money through 2030 to help put it into effect.
