ATTAIN Mental Health Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to create a website where people can find information about federal grants related to mental health and substance use disorders. The website must be searchable and kept up to date, and it must show whether each grant is still accepting applications. It also has to include information about related state programs and smaller grants that come from the federal ones.
