Vote at Home Act of 2025

This bill would make it easier to vote by mail in federal elections by stopping states from adding extra rules about who can vote by mail, though states can still set deadlines for requesting and returning ballots. States would be required to mail ballots to registered voters at least two weeks before the election, and the U.S. Postal Service would have to deliver those ballots quickly and for free. The bill would also automatically register people to vote when they interact with their state's motor vehicle agency, like when getting a driver's license.
