Secure Space Act of 2025

This bill stops the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from giving satellite or ground station licenses to certain foreign companies that are considered a threat to U.S. national security. It also blocks these companies and their related businesses from getting permission to use foreign satellites to communicate with ground stations in the United States. The FCC already keeps a list of companies whose equipment or services are seen as risky to national security, and this bill would prevent any company on that list from receiving these types of approvals.
