Dark Web Interdiction Act of 2025

This bill creates tougher punishments for people who sell illegal drugs through the dark web, which is a hidden part of the internet where users can hide who they are and where they are located. It officially sets up a special law enforcement task force to investigate and prosecute drug crimes that happen on the dark web, both in the United States and in other countries. The bill also requires the Department of Justice to write a report about how digital currencies like cryptocurrency are being used to sell opioids on the dark web.
