HCBS Relief Act of 2025

This bill would temporarily give states more federal money for Medicaid-funded home and community-based care services during the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years. To get the extra funding, states would have to agree to take steps to improve these services, such as giving better benefits to home health workers and helping people who were moved into nursing homes return to living at home.
