Southcentral Foundation Land Transfer Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to give about 3.4 acres of land in Anchorage, Alaska, to the Southcentral Foundation for free, with no conditions or strings attached, so the foundation can use it for health and social services programs. The land must be transferred through a warranty deed, and the government cannot take the land back later. The bill also says the Southcentral Foundation is not responsible for any environmental contamination that happened on the property before the transfer, and the government is not responsible for any contamination that happens after the foundation takes control of the property.
