Delivering Digitally to Our Veterans Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to set up a way for people receiving VA educational benefits to send and receive messages with the VA electronically, instead of only through regular mail. People who receive these benefits must be given the choice to opt in to getting their correspondence electronically.
