Judicial Reorganization Act of 2025

This bill would split the current Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals into two separate courts. The Ninth Circuit would cover California, Guam, and Hawaii, while a brand-new Twelfth Circuit would be created to cover Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
