Medicaid Bump Act

This bill would have the federal government pay a bigger share of the costs when states spend more on behavioral health services through Medicaid than they did before. A federal agency would decide which specific services qualify for this extra funding. States would be required to use the money to add to what they are already spending on existing programs and to improve the quality and availability of those services.
