Recovery of Stolen Checks Act

This bill would require the Treasury Department to set up a process so that if someone's tax refund check is lost or stolen, they can choose to get their replacement refund sent directly to their bank account instead of getting another paper check. Right now, when a tax refund check is lost or stolen, the replacement is usually sent as another paper check.
