Disability and Age in Jury Service Nondiscrimination Act

This bill says that people cannot be kept off a jury just because they have a disability or because of their age. It also says that if someone with a disability doesn't meet certain jury requirements, like being able to speak English well enough, they still can't be turned away if simple changes or support could be provided to help them serve.
