Transparency in Reporting of Adversarial Contributions to Education Act

This bill says that in order to receive federal funding for schools, local school districts must make sure parents know they have the right to ask for certain information about foreign influence in their schools. Parents can request to see teaching or training materials paid for with money from foreign governments or certain foreign groups, find out how many school employees are paid with foreign funds, and learn about any funding or agreements the school has with foreign countries or certain foreign groups. Schools must post information about these parent rights on a public website or share it widely with the public. The Department of Education must inform state education agencies about these requirements, and those state agencies must then pass that information along to local school districts.
