Protecting Air Ambulance Services for Americans Act of 2025

This bill lets Medicare change how much it pays for air ambulance services based on cost and usage data that providers and insurance companies are already required to report. It also requires air ambulance providers to specifically report their costs and usage related to Medicare patients. In addition, the bill asks the Government Accountability Office to review the collected data and suggest changes to how much Medicare pays for these services.
