GOOD Act

This bill requires government agencies to post their guidance documents online on the same day they are issued. All of an agency's guidance documents that are currently in effect must be collected in one place on a designated website, with a clear link on the agency's own website so the public can find them. Agencies must also label these documents as guidance and organize them into subcategories, and they must mark any guidance that has been canceled.
