Summer Meals REACH Act of 2025

This bill would permanently open up the Summer Food Service Program so that all children can participate, not just those in low-income areas. It keeps in place changes that were originally made during COVID-19, such as allowing meals to be handed out in non-group settings like grab-and-go service, instead of requiring kids to eat together at a specific location. The bill also requires that camps be paid back for meals served to all children and allows food service monitoring to happen remotely instead of only in person.
