MORE USDA Grants Act

This bill makes it easier for local and tribal governments in certain rural counties to get grants from the Department of Agriculture. It applies to counties with 100,000 or fewer people where the federal government owns or manages more than half the land. For these governments, the bill cuts in half the amount of local money they need to put up to receive a grant, requires USDA to provide extra help with applications, and gives priority to those that haven't received funding from these programs in the past 10 years. USDA can also be more flexible with application rules and requirements for these communities.
