Local School Foods Expansion Act of 2025

This bill makes changes to a program that helps states buy fresh, unprocessed fruits and vegetables grown in the United States for school lunches. It increases the number of states that can participate in the program from 8 to 14. The bill also adds new rules about reporting, evaluations, and giving priority attention to socially disadvantaged populations and the program's economic impact. Funding for the program would continue through the year 2030.
