Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act

This bill would stop companies from requiring people to agree ahead of time to settle certain kinds of disagreements through arbitration instead of going to court. It covers disputes related to employment, consumer issues, antitrust matters, and civil rights. Any agreement signed before a dispute happens that forces arbitration in these areas would no longer be legally valid or enforceable.
