Eliminate Shutdowns Act

This bill is designed to prevent government shutdowns. If Congress hasn't passed its spending bills before a new fiscal year starts, this bill would automatically keep the government funded at the same spending levels as the previous year. That way, government programs and activities that were already being funded would continue to operate without interruption.
