Protect America’s Workforce Act

This bill would cancel two executive orders from 2025 that removed certain federal agencies from the rules that allow government employees to participate in unions and negotiate their working conditions. It would also make sure that any union agreements that were already in place as of March 26, 2025, between federal agencies and unions representing government workers remain fully valid through the end of their agreed-upon terms.
