Fight Illicit Pill Presses Act

This bill updates the rules around machines used to make pills, like tablet-pressing and capsule-filling machines. It requires more people involved in selling or delivering these machines to keep records and report their transactions, and it expands the rules to also cover key parts of the machines, such as the molds and stamps used to shape and mark pills. The bill also requires that these machines and their key parts have permanent serial numbers. It makes it a crime to remove or change those serial numbers, or to transport or sell a machine or part if you know the serial number has been tampered with.
