Pit River Land Transfer Act of 2025

This bill requires the federal government to transfer about 584 acres of land in California, currently managed by the Forest Service, to be held in trust for the Pit River Tribe. This land would become part of the tribe's reservation, but it does not include about 20 acres of roads and highways that have existing access agreements. The bill also says that no gambling or gaming activities are allowed on this land.
