A bill to provide for the transfer of administrative jurisdiction over certain Federal land in the State of California, and for other purposes.

This bill swaps control of certain pieces of federal land between Yosemite National Park and Stanislaus National Forest in California. Right now, cattle are grazing on land managed by the National Park Service, but cattle grazing on federal land usually happens on land run by the Bureau of Land Management or the Forest Service. This transfer would move the land where cattle are grazing to the Forest Service, which has a management plan that allows for grazing.
