A bill to amend title 54, United States Code, to provide that State law shall apply to the use of motor vehicles on roads within a System unit.

This bill says that when it comes to driving motor vehicles, including off-road vehicles, on roads inside national parks, the rules of the state where the park is located would apply. So instead of having separate federal rules for driving in national parks, the state's driving laws would be the ones that govern how vehicles are used on park roads.
